Catedral de Granada, España

Granada Cathedral

An on-site aðitriça-style sketch revisiting the Cathedral at Granada, Spain. The style involves a limited palette of markers, intent on rapidly conveying a scene. The style is unforgiving but intense. Here the architecture is partially laid out in 4H pencil, washed with marker color. In this example the marker color served as the layout for subsequent detailing. A fine ballpoint Pentel delivers fine lines and simulated typography. The sketch took less than half an hour. Produced 12 October 1999 = Tayya 6233, six dozen second phase (Añikça-Xegriwal Xrga, “Life Phase of Wedding”).
