Lobby-Natatorium Study

This sketch examines the junction between the lobby with its storefront and the natatorium, in loadbearing masonry and face brick, above and below grade. I was the project manager for several athletic facilities, this drawing was intended to communicate between Owner, the head designer, and the contractor. The drawing ensures that all the details (storefront vs. masonry, storefront vs. foundation, masonry vs. foundation, etc.) jived and actually represent design intent. This type of study illustrates the natural alignment of my thought processes to my current line of work, construction visualization. Produced 31 May 2000 = Tayya 63a7, six dozen third phase (Añikç-Epravinal Xrga, “Househunting Life Phase”).
