Schematic Master Plan Central Utility Plant Ancillary Elevation

Vinci SketchBuild™ | Central Utility Plant | Receiving Elevation

Vinci LLC’s unique SketchBuild™ service takes the “boxes” on the RFP-supplied master or schematic plans and turns them into something that you can use to demonstrate you can build your prospective clients’ dreams. The portrayal of plausible architecture also illustrates your team’s understanding of the Owner’s plans. The hypothetical building’s appearance is derived from the University master plan document, calling for a brick exterior that plays well with the planned urban academic surroundings. The plant will be extended leftward, and includes an electrical yard and landfill gas generator at right. The structure and enclosure of this concept was produced in two days. Using this backdrop, Vinci’s client could discuss schedule, logistics, circulation and attention to wetlands. Take a look at the main elevation. See aerial views, sections, and ancillary structures, or visit the Research Tower.
