stream of thought

This loose graphite stream-of-consciousness sketch page studies fellow patrons at a coffeehouse. A sketch of a church, possibly seen in Andalucia or in Florence, is placed first at upper right. A young lady reading nearby appears at left, followed by one at a laptop. random thoughts, revolving around age and the inexplicable word Lebanon come next. A sketch of my hand as I sketch the page appears in the center. A discussion with a coworker about university storage issues led to the whimsical solution at lower right. I remark that the goal of the sketches are to loosen up, but I need practice putting life in my figures. Another inexplicable word Simferopol appears on the page. Drawn 10 October 1996 (Tayya 567a), during the five dozen sixth phase (Ñixaþa-Xiübanal Xrga).
