Wet infrastructure typically involves a large land area secluded from view or otherwise masked by architecture so that a community can enjoy fresh water amenities without what is seen to some as “clutter”. Context, the terrain and the existing facilities or neighboring structures, can be relevant topics for wet infrastructure proposals. Such projects can benefit from clear, convincing portrayals of general construction.
