Fast-hitting need to keep a noble university cool
A great university has a great need to stay cool. It’s showing Tuesday and it’s Friday afternoon. Vinci has worked on the campus but the model doesn’t cover the work area; the work area is industrial back of house, that doesn’t mean it isn’t important. Vinci does a lot of wet infrastructure so we&rsqou;re good to go. The plans are pre-schematic and there isn’t much to go on, but we have a site plan and some RFP descriptions of the facility.
