Book of the Construction of the Zodiac

Our home, Avindelor has a finished attic I call Tivanâ, meaning Zodiac. At the time of development of this sketchbook we had commissioned the renovation of the second floor of our home. This sketchbook went largely undeveloped until we traveled to Sugar Island Michigan to visit the summer home of our sister in law’s family. These verone-style drawings are a latter extension of the drawings of 1999-2002, but set in a leisurely atmosphere. These images convey middle-aged inner peace, surrounded by friendly family and a serene location removed from everyday life. Despite a gap in sketching of about 4 years, these are perhaps the finest on site verone-style drawings I’ve produced. Developed 5 May 1999 through 9 May 2000 = Tayyin 6796-current, six dozen seventh phase (Añikça-Peretivanal Xrgâ, “Life Phase of the Demolition of the Zodiac”) through eight dozen tenth (Viðana-Krunþaðimallal Xrgâ).
