The Owner is considering building atop a lowrise portion of their present facility. This is a simple project at a higher than average level of finish because the Owner is interested in showing multiple parties thoughts they have on expansion.
Inventing the plausible from schematic plans
Vinci LLC produced a VinTerra™ digital model of the terrain, complete with high resolution aerial imagery. Vinci’s SurePlan™ technology enabled development of contextual major and minor improvements and the existing facility. Using SurePlan™ and Vinci’s expertise with structural frames, a plausible frame was produced in 5 work hours. A plausible enclosure system was produced as well. Vinci’s client issued a logistics directive, enabling Vinci to build a worksite complete with egress and safety items. Schedule was applied to the Digital Worksite™, multiple 4d sequences were shot, a couple movies produced, and the project delivered.
